9.00: Head to the local market in Hoi An, buying fresh ingredients for the cooking class, learning about the Vietnamese shopping way.

9.30: Take a break to have a cup of the best coffee in town, sharing your stories with others.

10.00: Head to Jolie’s sweet home. It’s time for cooking! We will start cooking 4 Vietnamese dishes.

12.30: Enjoy your meal cooked by yourself.

13.30: Play piano/ guitar (if you can), and go back to your hotel by yourself

09:00: Meet up at meeting point (53 Dinh Tien Hoang, Hoi An).

Have a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop, sharing your stories with others.

09:30: Head to one of the local markets in Hoi An, buying fresh products for the cooking class, learning about the way the Vietnamese shop.

10:15: Head to Jolie’s home where you will be served a welcome drink by the lovely Jolies.

10.30: Time for cooking using the ingredients purchased earlier!!!

12.30: Enjoy your meals cooked by yourself.

13.00: Play guitar/ piano (if you can), and return to your accommodation by yourself

13.15: Experience 50 minutes on the special basket boat cross the water coconut village, try to catch a crab and make toys from leaves of the water coconut tree.
