Head to the Tra Que organic gardens in Hoi An, where you will have a great time with local farmers and understand more about the real living of Vietnamese farmers.

9.00/ 15.00: Head to the local market in Hoi An, buying fresh ingredients for the cooking class, learning about the Vietnamese shopping way.

9.30/ 15.30: Take a break to have a cup of the best coffee in town, sharing your stories with others.

10.00/ 16.00: Head to Jolie’s sweet home. It’s time for cooking! We will start cooking 4 Vietnamese dishes.

12.30/ 18.30: Enjoy your meal cooked by yourself.

13.00/ 19.00: Play piano/ guitar (if you can), and go back to your hotel by yourself
